Our Services

As stated in our Mission statement, we want to help homeowners and their agents sell their homes faster and for more than their asking price. We do this through carefully and thoughtfully staging the home. After consultation with the owner and/or agent, we select a basic theme to begin. That theme may be Traditional, Rustic, Contemporary, Coastal or another agreed upon design. We then select furniture, art and accessories that fit the theme.

After the consultation, an agreement is prepared. Once the agreement is completed by both parties and a deposit is received, we will begin selecting the furniture, art and accessories for the house. This may take several days depending on the size of the project. On the agreed upon date, we will bring a moving truck full of the selected items and begin the staging process. This too may take a couple of days to get it right.

Usually, the house will remain staged until it is SOLD. The agent should contract us once all contingencies are released so we may begin the de-staging.
